We are saddened by recent news of the passing of our friend, George Soffos.

George was a master of the Bouzouki and a world class player. He performed with the group, Ellada and taught in Tarpon Springs Heritage Museum.

It was my extreme pleasure to have met and known him. He attended many Gypsy Star performances and was a supporter of the band.

Our hearts and prayers go out to his family and friends.
